I am Silvia, the one behind IMPASTAMISU.
I was born and raised in Lake Como Italy, and my project comes from the love for baking and for my favourite dessert, tiramisu.
It is my favourite and I have been doing it for more than 20 years. I attended Tiramisu World Cup (yes, it exists in italy!) in 2021, and I am training for the next competition.
Last year I decided to go ONLINE with an experience which is not only about cooking, but also a full immersion in Italian culture and gestures.
